Communication via Cookies

Hello foodies!

A few posts ago we highlighted a local club. Due to the popularity of the article, “The Return of the Diner”, we are back with another club feature. Not only is Council Rock North home to the diner club, but it is also home to NEHS (National English Honor Society). While NEHS does not typically focus on food, they have turned to this creative form of communication in order to promote a cause.

Starting on January 23rd and continuing until February 3rd, NEHS is collecting newly and gently used books to donate to Cradles to Crayons. NEHS prefers to receive baby board books and chapter books for ages 10-12. NEHS will not accept books regarding religion, families (“I Love Mommy,” “Daddy and I”) or old college textbooks. The more books collected the better!

We are happy to promote this great cause, but could not end this article without a recipe for our foodies. Please see below a creative spin on how to make these photographed cookies! RecipeIMG_4379.JPG
